Starting Campaigns In Campaign Designer
Campaigns must be saved before you can start running them.
When you start a campaign, a validation is carried out to flag any issues that might have occurred since the last time the campaign was validated.
Before the campaign runs, a confirmation dialog box is displayed with an overview of the campaign.
If you do not see the
Start button, you do not have the relevant permissions to run a campaign. Contact your system administrator.
Procedure
- The campaign must be open and saved in Campaign Designer.
- Click the Start button
.
What happens next
If the campaign is scheduled to start on a date later than today, it will not start processing until the specified date. However, its campaign status will change to Active.
